Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What time can I check-in?

You can check in from 2 pm onwards. 

What if we arrive in the morning?

If the room is already available, you can check-in but we will charge an early check-in fee (₱100 per hour). If the room is not yet available, you can leave your luggage in our reception area.

What time is the check-out?

Check-out is at 12 pm.

Is there a possibility for a late check-out?

Yes, if the room is available for the day, we will charge a late check-out fee (₱100 per hour).

Do you have towels in the rooms?

Yes, towels are included in our rooms.

Do you have soap/shampoo/conditioner in the rooms?

No, it is not included in our rooms. 

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes, pets are allowed in our guest house. We charge ₱100 per day.

Do you have a parking area?

Yes, we have a parking space for our guests. Please contact us beforehand if you want to bring your own car as we only have limited parking area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is not allowed unless there is a valid reason such as a natural disaster, you are ill  (with proof) or there is no ferry. If so, you are allowed to rebook within 6 months' time.

Can I get a refund when I cancel with a valid reason?

We have a non-refundable policy but you are allowed to rebook within 6 months' time.

What is your payment method?

We require 50% of the total amount upon booking. This can be paid via Gcash or through our bank account. The remaining 50% can be paid upon arrival via cash or Gcash.

I am in a group consisting of 7 people, what are our options as you don't have a room for 7 people?

You are allowed to bring an extra person. We can add an extra mattress to the room. An extra person will cost ₱300 per night.
